The location was perfect, near everything that we needed. The staff was also nice.

Some of the things were broken, like the fridge did not cooling the food, the oven had a missing piece.

Antonio was very welcoming to me the moment I arrived. He showed me all of the facilities and wished me a pleasant stay. We had a double room with private bathroom. Overall, it was clean and tidy.There is a small supermarket and a Cafe right outside the property and you are close to the main attractions in Bologna. The Botanical gardens are a 5 minute walk and the main station is around 20 minutes also. It is a great location and if you plan on going into the main centre of Bologna, then you can't go wrong with the location of this apartment. We had a great stay!!!

As mentioned, the location is on a main intersection and the traffic is noisy at night, so keeping the windows closed and having the AC on was best for us. The rubbish collection was also a noisy distraction but there isn't much you can do about that.

L'emplacement était très pratique. La salle de bain était très bien agencée.

Les draps du lit de ma fille étaient troués et il y avait des tâches de rouille sur une serviette, ainsi que quelques tâches sur nos couvertures. Il y avait beaucoup de moustiques. L'extérieur est très bruyant à toute heure du jour ou de la nuit, ce qui oblige à garder les vitres fermées la nuit alors qu'il fait très chaud dans l'appartement. Quelqu'un est visiblement venu nettoyer la chambre durant notre troisième jour de séjour mais comme personne n'était venu les deux premiers jours nous ne nous y attendions pas et avions laissé la chambre en désordre.
