Nulla, non ho neanche avuto la possibilità di essere in questa struttura nonostante avessi pagato per farlo.

Irrispettosi e zero flessibilità: ho richiesto il check in posticipato ma mi hanno rifiutato questa possibilità, avevo avvisato telefonicamente che avrei fatto ritardo di qualche minuto rispetto alla loro chiusura tassativa. Arrivo davanti alla struttura alle 20:07 e loro avevano già chiuso nonostante le mie implorazioni di aspettare qualche minuto per il check in. Ho anche proposto la possibilità di pagare un supplemento ma non mi hanno neanche dato questa opportunità. IL CLIENTE PER QUESTA STRUTTURA VALE ZERO

Palazzo molto bello. Posizione davvero comodissima, perfetta!

La stanza purtroppo era poco accogliente, non molto pulita, il frigo e il lavandino perdevano.
