La posizione

Si sentivano tanto le voci dalle camere vicine Ci hanno mandate in un’altra struttura a 50 m prima rispetto a quella che avevamo prenotato, non ci è piaciuta per niente, l’acqua usciva dalla doccia, non c’erano appendiabiti in bagno, la stanza era piccolissima mentre quella che avevamo prenotato era totalmente diversa.

Lage und Preis

Absolute Warnung! Obwohl ich Stunden vor Ablauf der Check-in-Zeit schriftlich über die App angekündigt hatte, dass ich erst am Folgetag anreisen kann, wurde meine komplette Buchung einfach storniert (auf meine Kosten). Vor Ort gibt es keine Rezeption. An der gesonderten Adresse für die Schlüsselübergabe konnte man mir nicht helfen und verwies mich zurück an die Unterkunft. Um überhaupt Zugang zum Zimmer zu erhalten, war ich gezwungen, den Aufenthalt ein zweites Mal über Booking zu buchen und erneut zu bezahlen! Die Unterkunft ignoriert seitdem jede schriftliche Nachricht und weigert sich, die Doppelzahlung zu erstatten. Es gab keinerlei Reaktion oder Entschuldigung auf meine Beweise. Ich musste nun einen offiziellen PayPal-Streitfall eröffnen. Wer keine bösen Überraschungen und ignoranten Service erleben will, sollte hier einen großen Bogen machen!
