A lovely, clean, quiet, and comfortable B&B in a perfect location between old town and the archaeological park and close to the train station. The host, Concetta, could not have been more generous and kind. One morning when it appeared to be raining, she even brought us ponchos. And this was the first bathroom that my 5 foot 10 daughter was able to easily shower in. Our fridge was restocked with a couple of water bottles and some juice and we served ourselves breakfast from the common area where Concetta had even baked fresh apple cake for us.

The hosts were wonderful, especially Concetta who greeted me when I arrived and saw me off early in the morning. The room and common area were clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere. Perfect location to both Ortigia and Syracuse’s other attractions.

Seems like it smelled like mold / dampness inside the room, but maybe this is due to high humidity in the area. Also, mornings were a little bit noisy since kitchen is a common space near rooms.

We loved everything about the property. The location was ideal for walking around Siracuse and Ortigia and the room was really nice and sunny. The host was extremely helpful and very kind.

It was a very pleasant stay. We had a chance to check in early and even got a beautiful room with a terrace. Concetta, our host, was very friendly and nice. She does not speak English well but uses translations, making communication very easy. She even shared great suggestions for places to eat. She also helped us to find transport during the strike. The room was beautiful, and the location close to the train station was great; we had a nice walk to Ortigia, and everything was close to our standards. We felt there like at home.

Friendly and charming hosts

This is probably my most perfect accommodation in my years of travelling. Please book this apartment so you can experience it too! The owners of the apartment, Concetta and Concetto, are the most hospitable hosts I have ever met. I got a slight injury while on a day tour and when I asked Concetta for ice pack and bandage, she went above and beyond to bring me ice and bandage. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. Grazie mille, Concetta and Concetto!! The apartment is complete with lift, kitchen, free water, free breakfast croissants, tea/coffee/biscuits, fridge, hot water, aircon (w/ heating), fridge, kettle, sofa, cabinet, and towels. The colors of the apartment are very cute as well and bathroom is impeccable (chef's kiss). Their home felt like my home because of the level of comfort. There is a rooftop with the view of the Pantheon. And the location is 12-14 mins to Ortigia and 7 min walk from the Roman/Greek theater and best cannoli place in Siracusa: Cannolo Terapia. Please don't mind the long-ish walk if you're coming from Ortigia. The area is good for sightseeing walk.

Excellent location by the train station and close to the old town. Fresh and very clean rooms. Convenient breakfast. Delightful host couple.
