Great location near station, very clean and comfortable. Concetta is a lovely person and great host - very helpful, e. g. finding us a driver in minutes when our train cancelled due to a strike. Highly recommended.

This property is in an extremely convenient location, only 5 minutes from Siracusa train station and midway between Ortigia and the archeological park and museum. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and had a very comfortable Queen bed with a delightful private terrace for lounging. We appreciated the use of the lift for moving our luggage up to the second floor. The 1 km walk into Ortigia is bustling with a good selection of cafes, fast food outlets, restaurants, stores and gelaterias. We like being a little distant from the tourist throng and this place ideally fits the bill. Breakfast had a good selection of breads, pastries, yoghurt and fruit. One could even cook bacon in the microwave if preferred.

Very clean, good breakfast, fresh croissants every day. The owner ws very helpful. She rushed to the train station with a bag of my medicine and was able to give me just before the departure. Thanks a lot.

+ Concetta (the hostess) paid attention to every detail in the B&B and was always ready to help. + Location 3 min away by foot from the Siracusa train station ( however, no train-related noises in the B&B) + 15 minute walk to Ortigia along a main street with bars, restaurants and markets

- (minor issue) direct communication in English with the hostess was a bit complicated. (Nevertheless a good oopportunity to use my level A Italian)

Literally right next to the train station so it was so easy to get there and feel right at home with the welcoming hosts Concetta e Concetto. I felt incredibly safe and central to everything I wanted to explore. The property itself is incredibly well maintained by the couple - clean, comfortable, cozy and not noisy at all even though you’re right by the station and a traffic roundabout. I loved their two dogs who work hard as security - but also, they’re so cute and you can ask Concetto to play with them. Concetta the host made me feel like I had a home in Siracusa, she provides a nice light breakfast, waters, juices - really all you need to then explore and eat your way through the area. My bed was extremely comfortable, air conditioning worked very well and all facilities in top condition. Excellent stay and I will stay here again when I return!

The perfect accommodation in Syracusa. The place of Concetta gives you everything you need - comfortable room, modern shower, very good and rich breakfast. It is located very close to the bus station and in a walkable distance from Ortigia. In addition, Concetta is very nice and welcoming person, she was very helpful in resolving some difficulties we had, and also was interested if everything is going well. THANKS CONCETTA!

Comfortable and spotless accommodation with the kindest and most caring hostess who is always on hand to help. The superior king room has a spacious private terrace with plenty of seating and an awning for shade and privacy and we wished there had been more time to enjoy it as it is a rare luxury in a city location. Although the accommodation is next to a busy road the windows shut out the noise at night and we found the bed very comfortable so slept well. Although the rooms are close together and next to the kitchen we heard no noise from other guests. It is a great choice for anyone needing easy access to the train or bus station whilst still having Ortigia and the archaeological sites within a few minutes walk. It was the warmest welcome and best accommodation we experienced in Sicily and would recommend it wholeheartedly.

We couldn't adjust the angle of the shower attachment but it was a small negative when everything else was so positive.
