The design and decor of our room was very attractive. There was also a lovely breakfast room with for a nice do it yourself continental breakfast. The owner was attentive and considerate. Location is midway between Ortigia and the archeological sites.

I really liked the location of this bnb, even though many people opt to stay in Ortigia. It was only a 5 min walk from the bus/train station, a 15 min walk to the Neapolis and Catacombs, and a 10-12 min walk to Ortigia. Great eateries and gelato places nearby, as well as a self-service laundromat which was handy after some sweaty hikes. Concetta is a very sweet and helpful host, and communication through Whatsapp was great (I also enjoyed our little chats in person using my broken Italian :D) She asked what kind of croissant I wanted for breakfast and brought them in fresh every morning. When I had to leave early to catch the bus to the airport, she kindly brought a croissant for me at 7am to take with me! I also appreciated the fridge with free bottles of water and juice boxes, and the self-serve breakfast also was convenient before a hike to Cavagrande. I absolutely recommend this wonderful bnb!

This was by far the most incredible B&B I stayed at during my time in Sicily. If there's availability here and you're not booking it, you're seriously missing out! 1. The location is unbeatable. Both the train station and bus stops are within a 10-minute walk, and Ortigia Island is just a 15-minute walk away. The streets are well-lit, not isolated, and have a steady flow of people, so I felt completely safe even at night. The roads are also flat and easy to walk on with luggage. 2. The apartment is spacious, and the bathroom is truly impressive. It's exceptionally clean, well-soundproofed, and the shower area is tiled in a way that prevents water from spilling—something I’ve rarely seen in European accommodations. Honestly, it was the first time I thought, “Wow, Europeans can do tile work like this!” 3. There’s an elevator, which made carrying luggage in and out a breeze. Absolutely ideal for travelers on foot. 4. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. Especially the lady who seemed to be the owner—she was always available via WhatsApp or in person to make sure everything went smoothly. Sicilian hospitality is real, and this place is the perfect example.

the place is perfect....there is nothing to dislike

Excellent hosts looked after us very well. Very comfortable and excellently placed for railway station and halfway between Ortigia and Archaeological Park. Must also mention La Nouva Mensa Restaurant just nearby which offers a great food at good prices.

Very good position between Ortigia and Archeological Park, Conchetta a very good host trying to ensure all the tine that everything was ok.. Very clean and comfy, good breakfast . Conchetta also indicated us a good parking place.

Its one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed at. Location is great for exploring ortigia, there is free parking available on surrounding streets. Room was spacious, loads of storage. Shower strong, clean. Breakfast well thought out. I can't fault it. Would not hesitate to return
