Villa Forti

The property was beautiful and in gorgeous location, you can walk up hill to the town and downhill to the lake. The view from the window bested all the other viewpoint. The hosts were friendly and kind. The room was set up well and all was clean.

The only downfall was that the air conditioning was a small portable unit that did not cool down the room well. Thankfully there was a lovely breeze at night.

An exceptional villa, in an ideal location with breath taking views of Lago Albano. A 5 minute walk into the the centre of castel gandolfo. As well as a 3 minute walk to the train station of you wanted to nip into Rome. A little further walk down and you’re at the waters edge

Fantastic property. Peaceful area, beautiful building, well equipped with everything you need, great views too. Spacious clean room. 3 minutes walk to the train station direct into Rome. 10 minutes walk to village. Gated parking on-site. Friendly hosts.

Liked everything .

The host was so welcoming and had everything you could possibly need in the apartment, even so basic food items. The view from the room was stunning with a view over lake albano. The bed was very comfortable.

everything was perfect

One of the excellent places among the 10 booking.com places we stayed for an 11 day trip to Italy. Starting from the owner, she was lovely, showed us around the place, gave us information even before we reached the place with a photos and directions and about traveling to the Vatican etc. Provided an iron box when we asked for it. Second the place is located on a hill and the house as such looks like a little castle with a lovely view from the terrace to the lake and mountain, simply beautiful. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the evening view from the terrace and morning sunrise and coffee. The room is equipped with all you need for the stay. Has a huge lovely window where the moon was shining bright. The shower room was a little small but it's okay for me n my husband as we are tiny. Third just 5 minute walk from the house there is train station and you can easily leave your car in the house and take a train. Above the house is a city with lovely restaurant and a church. We had lunch in one of the best restaurant and for a two course meal with the view was just 50 eur, totally worth it. And finally bought some souvenirs and left to Naples. Overall best experience will stay again and recommend to others. Only thing be careful with your car when you enter the road for the house and same seen you come out to the main street.
