食事は良い意味でのこだわりを感じ、とても良かった。おいしくいただいた。 スタッフの対応も感じが良かった。 温泉は源泉かけ流しで、とても良かった。

全体的に古めかしい感じ、昭和のままというイメージ 部屋に、ティッシュがないのは大きくマイナス。 トイレは共同、洋式、和式があったが、今時和式は不要では。 また、トイレ用のスリッパが、大人用１つ、子供用１つのみだった。せめて大人用を２つにしてほしい。 「ホテル」ということで選んだが、「ペンション」と言った方が良い。 スキー場に近いということだったが、歩いていくには遠い。 無料駐車場とあったが、通路に縦列に並べる状況で、出し入れが面倒。 料金は食事別だったが高い、食事込みの値段であれば納得できる。

Staff were very polite and friendly. The accommodation is in old mountain lodge style and very cozy. Their western style breakfast is simple but yummy in a fine dining room though the hotel is small. Their home made orange marmalade is soo yummy !

Only thing disappointing was the so called “Hotspring” bath facility on the ground level. The bath tub water was filled with white particles which look like dirt floating and I had to quickly get out of the water. One should just forget about their Hot spring. Or the hotel will have to fix proper filtering system. Its scary. The price setting seemed relatively high for the accommodation.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped us to book a taxi! Short walk to Kumado info centre/ski lift. Discount vouchers available for snow gear hire and lift pass. Drying room and storage room for skis/snowboards in hotel. Large room with ensuite. Tea and snacks replenished every day. Onsen available in hotel. Short walk to Akakura Onsen Main Street with lots of restaurants and a convenience store available.

Such a lovely hotel with lovely staff. The breakfast has homemade bread and very fresh fruit and was so delicious. The location is wonderful- right in the heart of Akakura. Just be aware it’s not right next to Myoko stations.
