Too many rules

Dedicated parking space available, the house equipped with a lot of cookwares so suitablr for people who like to cook.

The space a bit small and compact, hard to move if 4 adults staying with huge luggage and there is no lift for the building so have to carry the luggage up to 3rd floor via staircase. There is requirement to segregate the rubbish also which took some times for foreigners to familiarise the instructions.

Great location. You could get everything you need in minutes. Clean, tidy and cofortable. Facilities new and useful. Pictures on the website meet perfectly what you see on the spot.

You have to switch the gas on first, then can use the stove (2 steps/buttons), which was not mentioned on the house manual, and that took me some time to work on it.

Cozy room and cooking facilities.

Shower room very crammed. Would be good to have a Door to close for privacy. Quite troublesome to communicate with host through email to get response as we are foreigners with no local phone.

Cleanliness, unit has everything you need. Convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants close by.

Unit at third floor, a bit challenging for getting luggage’s upstairs

Overall cleanness and good facilities providing an enjoyable short stay. Only 400m to supermarket is a plus for us to prepare our own dinner and next day’s breakfast.

No lift on the building made it impossible for us to carry 22kg luggage to 3rd floor.

Room was clean and spacious enough for our family. There is a washing machine and a dryer for our laundry. Carpark is free, 1 per room.

No lift. Have to carry our luggage to level 3 where all rooms are. Need to drive out for meal.

there is no elevator in the building. common corridors are lighted up with motion at night.
