Its bigger than expected, the neighborhood is really convinient for short and long term visints with a seven elleven down one street and 2 or 3 bigger stores down the other, all the cooking utensils and tools you might need are there, the staff also were really nice and helpfull

There was no bath tub

Cozy and spacious little apartment fully equipped with everything one would need for holidays or even for a long stay. We stayed in winter, and even with subfreezing temperature outside, the room was still warm and had hot water. The room is quiet, comfortable and clean, perfect for a family or a group of friends. There are a few convenience store and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a free parking for 1 car. Bihoro is a small city conveniently located near some of the most beautiful locations of Hokkaido, such as the Bihoro pass, Abashiri, Lake Kussharo, Lake & Cape Notoro. Push a bit further and you can even make it to Lake Akan and Akan-Mashu national park! There is also a small ski station near Bihoro. I imagine there's a lot more that we sadly didn't have time to see! Even though we didn't meet the host in person, he / she was very quick at answering our questions via chat and made the overall check-in experience very quick and simple. Great holidays, we wished we could stay longer!

As others commented already, the hall is a bit dark and I can understand that it could feel a bit spooky for some people when arriving at night. But that just the first impression, and we enjoyed the stay a lot!

There were lots of amenities, the place was larger than what I expected, very clean and warm. The bed was comfortable, there was also detergent if you want to wash your clothes, there were also towels given. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

We have to climb the stairs with our luggages, and I also wish there were bigger dustbins 😂
