"Came to Japan for work and needed a temporary place to stay. This was perfect!"

The location was very good, only a short bus ride from Chiba Station, and there was plenty of good shopping along the way (I had to get some work clothing while there, and managed to have it delivered to a nearby Uniqlo). The owner, Joe, was also very kind, and helped me greatly with my transition to living in Japan.
