Sarah was an amazing host, really friendly and likable, and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The house and room were amazing. We'd happily return next time we are in the area!

Sarah, the owner, was fantastic. She's genuinely a warm and likeable person, who has obviously thought of everything to make the place just about perfect, while creating an oasis of calmness and style.. Breakfast was marvellous.

Nothing. I suppose I would have preferred an en-suite bathroom, but my beautiful private bathroom was just across the landing, so that was not an issue.

Wonderful warm welcome from Sarah the host. Beautifully decorated house with very comfortable large bed in a lovely room. Exceptional breakfast each morning delivered to our room. Even provided sausages for our dog! Lots of thoughtful touches like cosmetics face masks!

An exceptional stay, the decor was lovely, colourful and we had everything we needed and more. A lovely vibe and friendly/helpful welcome. Breakfast was sumptuous. The best sleep I had all weekend (we stayed at a few B&Bs along the Pennine cycleway).

"Fabulous accommodation, fabulous host, comfy and amazing"

Absolutely stunning vibrant quirky accommodation with the nicest host Sarah, who made us feel right at home. Beautiful breakfast delivered to the room at a to E of your choosing which included croissants, soufflés, fresh fruit, yogurt, toast, cereal, scotch egg, fruit juice. 10 minute walk to The Old Bridge which takes you across river to the quaint town centre. Would highly recommend a stay here
