We stayed at Belmont House Boutique – The Kingsley Collection for one night on August 3rd, and it was simply wonderful. The warmth, kindness, and charm of the host made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. She has a genuine gift for hospitality that really sets this place apart. The house itself is beautiful and full of character, but what really made the difference was the personal touch and attention we received. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer! Highly recommended — we’d love to come back someday.

"The perfect place to stay."

Sarah gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived and we immediately felt at home. She was the most wonderful hostess you could imagine really. The room was lovely and had everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Lots of tasty things to eat and we didn’t need to eat lunch! I wish we could have stayed longer and would thoroughly recommend Belmont House.

"The most welcoming host and a fascinating house"

Sarah is a wonderful host. She couldn't do enough for us, checking our travel plans, helping us with local restaurant bookings on a busy Saturday night, cooking the most delicious soufflé to our dietary needs. Her home is eclectic and fascinating too - and absolute cornucopia of delights!

"Wish we'd been able to stay for longer 😍"

What an amazingly lovely, quirky, well-kept property with an awesome host - Sarah could not have been more effusive and welcoming. She went over and above to show us our room, and bathroom with all the extra-special items (eg. wine, chocolate, toiletries) that were available for us to use/consume. Continental breakfast was superb.... we did our best to eat it all and almost managed 😄

The bedroom did not have an en-suite. However, we had a private bathroom just a few steps across the landing at our disposal which was okay for us - it is huge and luxurious. This is the ONLY reason I didn't mark everything as exceptional as it may not be to everyone's liking.
