Nothing. The photos on portal are deceptive, they do not portray the actual rooms and facilities. Reviews on your portal are either fake or false.

Service, quality of rooms, staff attitude, indifference of owner, basic facilities (furniture and lighting in room, bathroom), roomservice is absent

Hill view is excellent and swimming pool is good.

Room provided to me was not having hill view and no air circulation. But outside pool and view were excellent which feels like you are on the best place in coorg.

The morning breakfast (buffet) was good but they can add some more food items during breakfast....they should add more dishes in future and improve breakfast taste too....i feel only idly or dosa is not enough during breakfast. please add some more food items ...i was happy with the dinner it was really nice homemade taste....especially chicken kebab provided by the staff (Nathim) it was very tasty...dinner was very nice and tasty...

i feel the room price is higher according to our expectation .so you should consider in future booking..
