The property is located beside the hills. The views from this property are amazing overseas the valley. This being guest house, there is manager Mr. Manjunath who is looking after guests. He takes care of everything that is needed. There is barbecue at this site and food upon pre order, breakfast is complementary.

View from balcony or garden is great, Internet was very good.

Staff is quite slow - but friendly. Whole house and rooms are not the newest, some renovation / painting would be nice.

Manjunath, the manager of the property is the difference. He will go to any length to ensure you get what you are looking for.

Location, facilities and food was superb

Location.

No cleanliness. You have to followup for cleaning. Additional tax charges must be shown on the booking.com while doing the booking. We took combined 2 bed rooms for 5 people but there was only one bath and toilet for 5 people. Lot of time waist due yo that. Hot water was not coming to the tab and had to wait for almost an hour to get it that too after multiple followup.

Location and the staff was exceptionally good.

It should be more clean outside and inside

The view from the queen room was excellent.
