We really liked the place.Management really takes good care.The person name manju and other staff really took good care of us. Food was Good very Hygiene. Truly liked our stay

The rooms were big, two bedrooms and a living room with a sofa and TV with many options. The view is amazing and location is just perfect, not very far from city centre Rajar seat

The bathroom was tiny, not clean and foul smelling enough to ruin the stay. There was nothing called service, difficult to get food , even a cup of tea. Breakfast is just ok .

The location and view is absolutely superb. The property is located in the forested valley behind Madikeri and thus has very clean air. The new hosts and staff are friendly and helpful. We stayed one night in a basic room and the last night in the penthouse.

The showers had no hot water. Not sure why. The penthouse is superb. The basic room was very basic. Overhead fans would be great in the penthouse above the bed.

The location of this guest house and it's elevation is simply awesome with breathtaking views from common balcony, serene environment, well maintained guest house with sufficient space around. Floating on the Swing was simply mesmerising. Special mention to the caretaker Manju for his hospitality and the instant connect he makes with everyone. Owners were very nice in talking to us. Overall we had a very good experience at the guesthouse.
