Should have a c for the price they charge. Kids beds not proper mattresses.

The only positive thing about this guest house is that the balcony view from the room.

The service is very pathetic and it's not worth a single penny because for the price they charge at least they should have some proper room service and moreover they didn't provide basic utensils a hotel should provide and even there is no single point of contact or receptionist whom we can reach out for any concerns

Everyone including the staffs were friendly and willing to help. Location of this guest house is very good and you can see the sunset from the property.

Common area could be even more clean. Due to less staff there wasn't enough to cater to the customer demands on time.

Superb place and view is awesome

The staff are very kind. We had the opportunity to meet the owners, they are super nice and hospitable. Our conversations with everyone at Kollanoor were lovely. We had a great time. They also organized a bonfire and barbecue for the New Year's eve. We had unlimited food, drinks, music, dancing, fireworks. I want to thank Mr. Manjunath for being helpful and welcoming. We did have an initial glitch regarding our booking but I have never seen anyone turn around an impression like people did at Kollanoor. Thank you for the food, for your kindness, for the beautiful view and location and most importantly, thank you for making us feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this place. I will visit again! :)
