Υπέροχη βίλα με όλες τις ανέσεις, και εντυπωσιακή αισθητική του χώρου, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία με θέα όλο το Πράτο. Η οικοδέσποινα μας έκανε να νιώσουμε σαν το σπίτι μας. Ιδανικό κατάλυμα για να μπει κάποιος στο πνεύμα της Τοσκάνης. Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία για επισκέψεις στη Φλωρεντία με το τρένο, αλλά και σε πολλές περιοχές της Τοσκάνης. Ο σταθμός απέχει μόλις λίγα λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Φυσικά είναι απαραίτητο το μεταφορικό μέσον.

La posizione fuori città ma abbastanza vicino. L'mmobile è situato su una collina in mezzo al verde, comodo parcheggio, con intorno un paesaggio incantevole, credo sia un vecchio casale di una nobile famiglia ristrutturato e adibito a B&B pertanto presenta svantaggi e vantaggi. Positivo: camere soffitto alto ampie e spaziose con vista panoramica. Negativo [per modo di dire]: bagno esterno attiguo alla camera con tutti gli accessori. Buona colazione continentale, dolci della casa, etc. La proprietaria la Sig.na Veronica, che sentitamente ringrazio, vedrete farà di tutto per mettervi a vs agio e farvi sentire come a casa vostra.

Breakfast is prepacked, not fresh. The drinks (milk and juice) is left out over night- we did not eat breakfast here because of that. There is quite some noise at night from trains and barking dogs, the house is up hill and it seems the noise travels right up

Lovely old villa with plenty of charm. Located in the lush hillside near Prato Central Station. Very quiet and secluded. The owner welcomed us with prosecco on our arrival and gave us great restaurant tips. Very helpful lady.

Breakfast is somewhat underwhelming. Apart from that, nothing to complain about.

Fantastic 800 year old house set above the town of Prato. Veronica is a lovely host and easy to talk to. The house is full of history and much of the atmosphere and history is retained in the decoration and in style of furniture. The bed room is huge and the balcony has beautiful views over the town. Entry is via an electric gate and several codes to enter the house. Breakfast is set out the night before and you get up and help yourself. If you drive there is a very narrow road leading up to the house - but easily navigable with care. The guest house is to the left of the one in the corner of a cul-de-sac. Ring her and Veronica will guide you into the property. The whole ambiance of the property gives a relaxed feeling and a sense of living in a very old house.

The shower and the bath could do with a little attention - but this really is a minor thing.
