Great price quality. Big apartment. Washing machine amd dryer. Friendly owner.

The checm-in system is a little dated. Depends on the owner being there. A check-in code would have been easier for everybody. Apart from that a great stay.

It was close to the metro station...15 minutes walk

The place where we stay is not the one we that was advertised on Booking. We booked 2 bedrooms but it was one only room that with an half size curtain and half slide door was separating 2 beds from other 2 in the kitchen area. Meaning that there was no privacy at all and we woke up each other every time we were using the bathroom or the kitchen. The worst part is that it was dirty, absolutely not what I expected when booking it. I'm not happy with this stay

Very friendly, helpful with well prepared binder with maps of local restaurants, attractions, Where to take bus. Explain many details to visit. Helped by driving me to the main train station because taxis are all booked. Very kind to me. Good place to stay. He showed me his butterfly collections and gave me one to take home. I had a room with 3 beds. Bed comfortable. Kitchen , washer and dryer to use- very convenient and I really thankful. Quiet

it was compact but good enough for our needs,was in the edge of kyoto but still had enough options for food and drink,the owner was very helpful with things to do in the area

I really love staying at Fuji Heights. This is my second time staying with them. Easy check in, great location, very near to a train station and very near to dotunburi. Recommending this hostel to other people also.

I didnt like the room now compared before but its not bad its just that the room the last time i checked in was really nice. i think it was in the 2nd floor. Currently I stayed in the room 501 so it was not the same probably the room was older compared to the 2nd floor. But overall may stay was really great.

Easy access to family mart and other shops. Quick access to bus stops.
