Solo el personal. Las vistas desde la habitación que se veía el lago. Calidad precio carísimo. Cero recomendable. Da a la carretera así que muy ruidoso. Nos sentimos engañados y estafados. Cuando llegamos estaba todo el alojamiento lleno de humo y olor a comida de la cocina ya que está debajo de la recepción y habitaciones. Cuando entramos habitación súper vieja y con puerta de cristal que comunica con la otra habitación y si quieres dormir y el está con luz encendida te entra a ti su luz. Si duermes entra también la claridad de su ventanal ya que las cortinas son finas y entra mucha luz, teníamos luz de nuestro ventanal más ventanal de habitación de al lado que entraba por puerta de cristal. Así que dormimos con mucha luz. La habitación llena de humo cada vez que hacían desayunos, comidas y cenas, ósea todo el día humo y olor.

NO ME GUSTÓ NADA CON RESPECTO A LAS INSTALACIONES Y HABITACIÓN. Calidad precio carísimo. Una ESTAFA. POR DESCRACIA BOOKING NO ME DEJABA CANCELAR Y TUVE QUE PASAR LAS DOS NOCHES.

NADA. Nuestra llegada fue lo peor nada más entrar por la puerta hotel lleno de humo y olor a comida . Nos dan habitación y nuestra sorpresa es que las más caras están en comunicación con una escalera a la cocina por donde suben humos y olores, abrimos habitación con balcón y vistas y llena de humo y apestaba, una habitación sencilla que además se comunica con la otra habitación con puerta de cristal donde está toda la luz de la otra habitación así que a la hora de dormir tuvimos luz toda la noche de la TV del de al lado así que la estancia fue horrible, recomiendo cero este alojamiento y habitaciones . El personal se lavó las manos en todo momento ya que pedí devolución de dinero y cancelar . Luego a la hora de pagar encima nos inflaron precios diciendo que eran gestiones de booking que cobraban cuando yo tenía mi factura de booking con los precios reales y ellos diciendo en mi cara que no que esos no eran los precios. Desayuno pésimo. Único que tiene son las vistas que puedes ver desde cualquier sitio que no sea este alojamiento. Para mí el peor de Sri Lanka tanto habitaciones porque son un robo ya que deben poner que si se cocina vas a tener humo y olor y que si tienes alguien al lado de la otra habitación no dormirás porque tendrás luz 24 horas del día. Personal y dueños estafadores.

La vue

Hôtel vieillissant, mauvaise insonorisation, et cher par rapport à l’ensemble le des hôtels que nous avons pu avoir rapport qualité prix. Bruit de la rue. Mais un personnel très agréable. Dommage que l’hôtel reste dans son jus.

La vue est magnifique si vous prenez la meilleure chambre, coucher de soleil avec vue sur l’Adam peak Le personnel au petit soin, on a même pu faire notre première lessive du voyage

Petit déjeuner option occidental pas top, peu être meilleur le local Une petite fête juste en dessous jusqu’à 23h (un samedi soir)

The location was convenient, we were on our wY to Gartmore and this was a comfy, beautiful spot to break journey. The view was just incredible, staff who served us ..a lady, Ishara? was efficient, cheerful and helpful. Room was spacious, beds comfortable 😌

Could have been great if there was a hiking trail to the reservoir, to keep busy for longer stays.

At first, I thought adding Maskeliya to our itinerary might have been a mistake—but staying here completely changed my mind. The staff made our journey unforgettable, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ishara and Uyagantha—they were truly amazing! Now let’s talk about the food—oh my god, it was hands down the best food we had during our 24-day road trip across Sri Lanka. The flavours were absolutely mind-blowing! Breakfast was served on the balcony with stunning views of Adam’s Peak and the lake—such a magical experience. Communication with the team was effortless. They arranged all our tours and took care of every detail for us. Just ask for Ishara and they’ll handle everything. The room was spacious, with a lovely balcony and a breathtaking view. We are 100% coming back, no doubt about it—mainly because of the amazing staff.

The only downside was the mould in the bathroom and room—it was quite overwhelming and really needs to be addressed. The smell hits you right as you walk in, and it made using the toilet unpleasant. I really hope this is fixed by the time we return.

Atention and food, helping with everything, the views of the lake are incredible, get the room with the balcony !

View from the room and balcony was an amazing... Rooms were spotless and the staff is so friendly which made our stay even more great... She was always step ahead and knew what exactly what we want next... Definitely we will visit again... Last but not least... Chef should get a shout out for his an amazing skills and effort he put on the plate... Thank you 🫶
