Sigiri Aliya Tree house

It was a great experience for us! We arrived after 9 pm, the hosts - very friendly and helpful - welcomed us with delicious dinner. Breakfast was also great. Tree houses were comfortable and clean. Remember that it is a house in nature, so insects also live in the area :) . The owner has a jeep and organizes safaris, also helps to get to other locations if needed. Note: although Booking.com shows payment in USD, payment in local currency is preferred.

Super friendly, Roshan happily took us on an elephant safari and tours as well on to our next location all at good prices. Its a walk to town but they will take / pick you in their tuk tuk. Breakfast were the best we had in 3 weeks in Sri Lanka, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

This is such a beautiful place to stay with a lovely little family taking care of you. The tree houses are very natural and it’s lovely to sit out on the balcony and watch the rain. The food is incredible and the cooking class was great. You are able to organise drives and trips directly with Roshan and they are so accomodating of everything you need. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family!

Great location in the middle of the jungle with different animals in and around our tree house. Absolutely nice animal noises. Super friendly family and the best food we tried in Sri Lanka. Everyone has to do the cooking class. Absolutely great experience.

Because of wild elephants you cant leave the area in the dark, but it's no problem when you know how to spend time with a good book, nice people or just enjoy the view.

The location was stunning, felt like we were in the jungle. Good level of privacy and very peaceful, just the sounds of the jungle creatures. Very friendly and welcoming family, we enjoyed a very interesting cookery demonstration.
