Very beautiful place with lovely tree houses in a wonderful garden. Very friendly and welcoming owners live in house nearby. Good breakfast. Not far from main crossroad by bike/tuk tuk.

We had a great time. The food was superb. Mr .Roshan, his wife, and his family were so kind. The room was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay at the tree house.

The place and the family running the facility are wonderful and hospitable. The place is quiet, authentic, full of greenery and peace. Outside the window are trees and rice fields. The owners are not pushy, they could organize a great safari, any tour nearby or a cooking class for a fee. Delicious homemade food could be prepared by the Ladies owner (breakfast or dinner). This place is for CONSCIOUS tourists, who know where they are going, who want contact with nature and rural life :)

Nice place, The tree house itself was a very nice experience, nice garden. You can orded dinner there for 1500 p.p, breakfast included in the price. Food was good, but the water bottle you get for breakfast isn't included in the price.

we were hosted by a family that seemded very warm and friendly at first, but after a while we had a feeling that they're not so nice anymore when you say no to something. They will offer their tuk tuk prices that are often higher than PickMe fares and they will seem offended if you refuse their servise and order transport on your own. They will say the tuk tuk doesn't come there and their service is better. The older woman will try to sell you a piece of cloth for 4-5k, where in other places you can have it for 2-2.5k. No airco, but a fan. Very weak wifi connection, almost none. No glasses, no bathroom basic toiletteries. We had frogs and lizards in the room and bathroom from time to time. The location about 20-30 min walk from the centre. What I didn't like were the noises in the night. Wind, leaves and other stuff falling on the roof, animals, dogs, you can hear it all.

Budget style accommodation that is enhanced by the warm welcome afforded by the host family. "Tree' rooms are modest but have a balcony on which to enjoy the rural ambience and drinks.

A short distance from town but family were able to provide (or arrange) transfer by tuk tuk.

As a budget accommodation it is absolutely perfect! We stayed 3 days there and we enjoyed it a lot! It is surrounded by nature! It is a couple of km from town so less than 1 euro to get a tuk tuk! ( in any case the owner always offers himself to take you to town for free). He and his wife were really really helpful and they were so nice. If you need anything, like renting a scooter or laundry, they will really sort it out and for a good price! Last thing: the owner has a big jeep and can bring you to the elephant safari at the same price offered by the agencies in town. However, the difference is that you will be alone in the jeep! We saw more than 20 elephants!!! Finally! We loved the place and we loved them!
