Ella Hillsite View

The view was beautiful. Very nice and clean room, the staff and breakfast was amazing!

Eigentlich schöne Aussicht, aber aufgrund von Baumaßnahmen bei Aufenthalt eingeschränkt.

Besitzerwechsel während des Aufenthalts. Schlecht organisiert. Gesamte Unterkunft feucht, Badezimmer riecht. Baustelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Kein richtiges Türschloss. Sehr steile und enge Straße zur Unterkunft.

Hotelli oli siisti ja omistaja super ystävällinen ja auttava.Kuljetti moneen paikkaan ja vei vielä lähtöpäivänä junaasemalle.Aamupala valmistettiin siihen kellon aikaan,mihin toivoit ja hankki kaiken lisäksi vielä mangoa,kun kuuli,että tykkään siitä paljon.Lähellä keskusta,mutta tarpeeks kaukana kaupungin hälinästä.Nine Art Bridge,Little Adam Peak(start point) ja Ella Rock(start point) puolen tunnin kävelymatkan päässä

Jyrkkä mäki hotellille,peruskuntoiselle ok,mutta,jos vaikeuksia kävelyn kanssa,niin tuk tuk olisi hyvä vaihtoehto

- spacious room - nice balcony with view on the mountain - confy beds - quite but still very close to the center - possibility to do the laundry

- breakfast can be improved but okay overall

Kleine Lodge am Rand von Ella, gute Ausgangslage auch für Wanderung zur 9 Arches Brücke . Wunderschöne Aussicht auf Ella, ruhig gelegen, aber fussläufig zu allen Restaurants. Unbedingt auch das Sri Lanka Frühstück ausprobieren, das liebevoll zubereitet wird.

Location and amazing views. Host was very friendly. Great variety of breakfast.

Enjoyed everything! It is up a bit of a hill to get there but we knew this and were fine with it!!

First the acccomodatiion: the room is big with shower room, all cleaned and in pristine condition, well equipped including also a small fridge., AC, hairdryer, kettle... Sitting on the balcony in the evening was so nice and relaxing, with great view on Ella night lights and a nice breeze.... Ella noise was far, and the place is quiet. I agree there is a steep road to reach the house, but this is common in shrilanka. A tuk tuk is recommendable anyway tourists are used to climb steep places such as Sigyria or little Adam peak... We had great breakfast and I asked if I could have dinner too.... They were very busy but agreed to prepare dinner for the two nights we stayed there. Second: the hosts are incredibly nice and we had interesting conversations. This made our stay even nicer.

Nothing to complain.

Super Service und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber! Wir hatten dort ein paar sehr schöne Tage!
