Very clean, in a good location and probably the comfiest beds we have stayed on so far during our travelling of Asia! The air con was very good, quiet and nice and cold! We ended up booking another night here because we were enjoying it so much. Very nice coffee downstairs to :)

"Amazing value for money"

Amazing value for money right next to the cafes and restaurants in Unawatuna. Host is great and has his own cafe downstairs. Brand new A/C units so the rooms are nice and cool overnight. Amazing private terrace was an added bonus.

Only thing is that the road is opposite which means it can be noisy but it didn’t bother us.

"Good"

Centrally located, comfy bed. Warm water. AC. Mini fridge.

Mosquito net had some holes but was fixed by staff with tape. Since the main room was air conditioned, the toilet felt like a sauna during daytime.
