Had a great 2 night stay here, would highly recommend! The room was excellent and brilliant value for money - it's so much bigger than a lot of other rooms we've stayed in Sri Lanka for a similar price and the facilities were great and very clean. Location is also good, you're a 5 min walk from the beach and cafes, restaurants, shops and bars are on your doorstep. Wifi was good and the owner/staff were also attentive and welcoming.

Good location. Spacious room with mosquito net and large balcony (I had visitors: 4 peacocks). Nice view...from your comfortable bed. A/C, ceiling fan, minibar. Friendly Owner. Cafe Aroma on ground floor.

Hot shower? Yes & No, most of the time Not. On Booking.com it says... satellite channels TV. No channels at all, no TV. Electric kettle? No kettle. Slowish WiFi. Free toiletries? Small soap and toilet paper.

Amazing stay here the rooms are so nice big balcony clean and amazing bathroom with the best shower. We ended up staying here for 6 nights the owner was amazing and owns the coffee shop downstairs (great coffee) everything about this place was great the location is amazing short walk to everything and amazing value for money

Great location for visiting the beach and bars. We had a wonderful personal terrace at our disposal. the room is clean and modern. The air conditioner is quiet. There is a common kettle and dishes.

I thought it would be noisy, but it didn't bother me too much. Yes, you won’t be able to sit on the terrace in silence. but this cannot be called a minus. rather, it's a small nuance

Very clean, and comfortable place. And good coffee!
