We had a great stay at this family run guest house! The location is very convenient, close to the beach (10 minute walk) and easy to get to from the airport after a long flight. Joseph and Renuka, the hosts were kind, welcoming, and extremely helpful. Joseph and Renuka prepared delicious and fresh Sri Lankan meals and brekky. The room was clean and comfortable, with a clean bathroom, a comfortable big bed, and both fan and air conditioning that worked perfectly. The pool was a lovely bonus—clean and refreshing—and the garden area was beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. If you’re looking for a friendly, comfortable place with great amenities near the airport, we highly recommend this guest house!

It has been a very pleasant stay in a family atmosphere and with unbeatable attention. A modest but welcoming place where they know how to take care of you and help you at all times. I asked to delay check out and they didn't make any inconvenience. Quite the opposite! They were in charge of arranging a tuk tuk for me to the airport! Thank’s for everyrhing!

The ladies of the house are really friendly. The swimming pool was nice. Relatively close to the beach.

Pool beds could have been cleaned (bird poop). Be aware the curtains let a lot of Light through when the sun is out, so if you are a Light sleeper bring your sleeping mask :)

The rooms are comfortable with good AC and the location has a nice swimming pool. They offer a tasty breakfast and have recently opened a little restaurant on the premises where we had great food for dinner. Would recommend!

We picked this place as we arrived late at the airport and needed somewhere not too far away. The staff are great and accomodating and it suited our needs, the breakfast was good (our first taste of Sri Lankan food in the country) and everything worked. Good value for money and not that far to walk to the beach, shops and easy to get a tuk tuk into town.

The pool didn't really look like the pictures and wasn't that clean.

Only one plug for the TV and fridge and antenna ,so basically you can't watch the tv
