Rooms were comfy, shops ,restaurants are near by. walking distance to public transport and the beaches.

There are no kettle , At least no water bottles. , limited parking slots ( reservation needed ) poor staff service. The person who take care of the property not so friendly. Can't recommended for this hotel to locals.

I stayed here for two days with my wifes and we were really satisfied. The Host was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The Location is great between to beaches and there are many restaurants in walking distance.

Brilliant location - only 10 minutes walk to Hiriketiya beach. Lovely spacious rooms equipped with fans, a/c and nets and modern bathrooms. Great garden area and shared kitchen. Our mixed family group of 12 sat out eating a having drinks which was really nice.

Bathrooms need bleaching / better cleaning. Crockery in shared kitchen was not clean. Just wash again before you use.

The staff is very nice and friendly. The place is very clean and very close to the beach and the bay. The rooms are nice and spacious with all facilities and furniture.

the location was okay! about a 10 minute walk from the beach, but we didn’t like the monkeys around,however thats not the hotels fault

The cleanliness and the staff. I got my clothes washed and they came back smelling of smoke, when i confronted the man he didn’t like it. He then told me because we used our air con we had to lay extra even though he took us to that room. After we showered, you could smell the blockage of the drains and it was a foul smell

It’s a nice accommodation. It’s good in relationship with the price. The host was very kind and helped with everything.

The street might be a bit too dark to walk by yourself. There was no filtered water available for guests so you have to buy plastic bottles all the time.
