The hosts were super nice and helpful, the self check-in and check-out was amazing (especially that we arrived late at night so it was really comfortable). We got all the info on time and a really detailed guide regarding the flat. Also the apartment was like 5 minutes from the sea side which was super. We didn’t really use the shared kitchen that much but it was well equipped and seemed to be clean so that’s also nice.

When we arrived there were dead cockroaches everywhere. We are aware of this situation in Malta due to the warm and humid weather but it would have been nice if the bugs were cleaned before we got there. Also the “view” from the room was terrible, we were basically seeing the other room’s window and the air conditioners. Due to that there was no fresh air and light at all is the room.The same with the bathroom, we always opened the window but no fresh air came in. Also the room is really really small, it seems so much bigger on the pictures but this wasn’t really bothering us since we only were there for sleeping.

Great, safe location, at the Sliema center. Not so spacious, yet very comfortable room.

Unfortunately, we had to deal with cockroaches. That was a very unpleasant experience. Also, the corners of the shower did not look very clean and that was a bit disgusting. The fridge at the kitchenette was a bit dirty, too. All in all, it was not a value for money choice.

Good part is that there’s washing machine and kitchen and the bedroom was beautiful

The pillows were really old and uncomfortable, and the bed sheets were dirty, we had a terrible allergic crises then we washed the bed sheets then we got way better after that, the floor was also dirty in a way that walking without shoes made my feet very dirty, also, we received too many emails and messages from the hoster.

The only good thing is the location of this facility. Room was awful.

We arrived at the property, having the Plum Dorm booked for 6 nights. There are some major issues with this room. The facility smells like mold due to the high humidity of the air and poor light. The room(Plum) was not ok. It has molt on the ceiling. Has 2 small windows, one of them pointing to nowhere and the other pointing to a 2 square meters backyard. The lighting is very bad in the room. The wall was severely deteriorated. Room smelled like mold, bathroom had black mold around the thub. There was dust in some areas of the room. The towels we received were supposed to be white but they were actually grey(were used a bit too much, maybe they used them since the opening of the facility). The room was properly equipped, if it was not smelling like mold, with the walla deteriorated, it would have been a nice place. Room needs a renovation. It’s not ok for the health. Also, the staff was not very responsive on our chat group. I tried talking to them and explain the issues but they were not answering fast and also they kept my messages on seen. Solved the issue with Booking’s help. The room is ok only in pictures.
