Beautiful riad in the heart of the city center. Everything you need for a trip to Marrakesh! Very helpful staff as well!

We had booked a hammam through the riad, but it wasn’t very spectacular and quite expensive for what it was.

If I’m being picky I would have loved a prettier roof terrace

The room is very spacious and beautiful, it has everything you need. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing and the hairdryer was fast. The riad is very quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was also really delicious! The reception guy, Mounir is one of the friendliest and most caring people we met in Morocco! He is always more than happy to help with everything you need, in perfect english might I add! He also organised a quad bike and camel riding experience in the desert for us that I definitely recommend! The neighbourhood is safe and touristy, overall location is great!

A fridge in the room would have been welcome also ironing board and iron!

Very good location. Everything in Medina was walking distance, and it was easy to find the way home. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. In the morning, we said that the bed was making a creaking sound and the shower door was letting out water. In the evening, they fixed everything. Such fantastic customer service. The garden was truly beautiful.

Breakfast could have been a bit better: add some fruits and cheese and olives. There wasn't enough space in the room for storage your things. It would have been better instead of table and chairs to put some cabinet for storage.

The room was spacious and clean, with nicely appointed (old/new) decor. I took the main suite so I can't speak for the other rooms. Hot water, lighting, wifi, and heat all worked well. The location is a short walk into a nice part of the Medina while being close enough to a major street where you can easily hail a taxi. I would say it was good value for what it offered. It felt safe, the bed was good.

I stayed twice this year and would stay again. The first time I stayed, I was given a bill for "city tax" prior to leaving which was unexpected (I assumed this was paid for already in my booking.com payment). I have never had a separate bill for this at any Riad and I have been traveling to Marrakech for many, many years so I found this... confusing??? The bill was not given to me during my second stay so......????? I think for those familiar with Marrakech, you will find this a good location if you want to be near / in the old Medina. I found the young, night security guard very sweet and helpful though otherwise the staff isn't much around so for those new to the city you might prefer being in a spot with staff that can better support / orientate you.
