So many activities. Workers were so welcoming and friendly. Food was unreal! felt like I was at a resort. 10/10 come here.

The property was just perfect. Thank you for everything. I did 3 activities a day (safari, sunset at Sigiriya rock, lake swimming, temple, cooking class, sunrise …) all this in a super friendly atmosphere ! Made a lot of new friend and I will definitely come back!

One of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka. The guys running the place are amazing and friendly and really make the experience (Roshan was a highlight)! All of the activities are great and family dinner was delicious. Everything was super clean and we’d love to come back!

This place is a 10/10! You feel welcomed and at home from the moment you arrive. Beautiful rooms, common areas and pool. I personally ended my trip here but it’s a great starting point as you‘ll meet other (solo) travelers to exchange and join plans.

Beautiful property with the friendliest staff. They really make an effort to make sure everyone is having a nice time and organise all the activities for you. Very social place with lovely places to chill. Even the dorms were laid out really nicely with your own little booth type bed.

Everything is right at Roys. They have mastered the way of creating a community for the amount of days that you stay. The way the staff feels like family and the guests feel like friends from the start is amazing. This makes Roy’s villa different than any hostel I’ve stayed. And I’ve been to Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia and Malaysia. Roy’s Villa is a MUST visit.

The property was really nice and there was a really great social atmosphere. Works well for backpackers and holiday makers and the activities organised by Roy’s were really great and very reasonable. The location is a little off the beaten track which makes it very peaceful
