Host Wickrama was a true gentleman & nothing was ever a problem. The breakfast was superb & the accommodation was all we could have asked for. Great value for money.

We arrived later than expected & took a little to find, tho more a Google Maps error than Kandu’s.

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, hosts helpful, breakfast tasty and hearty.

Room wasn't 100% clean and it was difficult to understand how to take shower

The guest house was immaculate. The owner and his assistant were very attentive, kind and generous with not only their information but their time. They made extra effort to make me feel at home as well as advise on places to go and what to watch out for. The breakfast was delicious with a bit of Sri Lanka meets Europe vibe. The guest house is located very near to Kandy lake, +-10 min walk down the hill with plenty tuk tuks around if you’re not feeling energetic. I had a wonderful stay & highly recommend this property.

I liked everything very much. We stayed with a family of 2 adults and 2 children, wonderful hosts, delicious breakfasts. Recommend!

The accommodation was beautiful and quiet. We had the best sleep of all Sri Lanka's other accommodations. The gentleman who is the owner really makes sure everything is perfect and his assistant is a really great person who we loved talking to!

A lovely host so very helpful Our room large and very comfortable with nice ensuite. A lovely breakfast was provided I would highly recommend Kandu Hotel.

It was very nice house and the family room was large. The owner was very friendly. Breakfast was tasty but very basic although.

There could have been basic things like shampoo, hair dryer. As there was kitchen also then tea/coffe and cups, plates could have been useful. The location is not far from centre but it still is 2km not 500m.
