The room was spacious, well-ventilated, and had all the amenities we needed. The caretaker was super nice—he even greeted us with a welcome drink when we arrived, and we really enjoyed chatting with him. The location is fantastic, very close to Kandy Lake and other key spots, which made commuting super easy.

The checkout experience was a bit upsetting. We witnessed a heated argument between the property owner and the caretaker. The owner lost his temper and started shouting at both our cab driver and the caretaker because the cab was parked at the entrance when he returned from his morning walk. While the owner was friendly to us during our stay, this incident left us feeling a bit insulted and left a bad impression about him and the property. Other than that, the stay was smooth and enjoyable.

We highly recommend this place. Quiet neighbour, close to the city center. Breakfest was very good, staff and owner very kind and helpfull.

Parking - to use it we had to always bother the owner to open/close the gate, no mosquito net - there were mosquitos but we were told there is none, the key to our Room was not working
