Edgar and his family are, even for the Philippines, amazing kind people. They helped with activities, transportation and gave tips for the rest of my travels. The place has a good location, central but in a quiet neighborhood.

The same with most stays in the Philippines, low water pressure at times, AC can be loud

A lovely stay, the owner was very friendly, always happy to help, booked our early morning tuk tuk for us in Advance so we could make our 6am bus. Very friendly and welcoming. The room was good for the price and was in a perfect location for moalboal, on a back street so it wasn’t loud but was just off the Main Street so was easy to walk everywhere. So many restaurants, cafes and shops within 5 minute walk. There was a shared kitchen with a kettle.

Room was quite small and dark, wasn’t anywhere to hang wet clothes and bed was a bit hard.

The room was very clean and comfortable, the location is excellent and the owners were very nice and helped us with activities.

The air conditioner was a little noisy and the wifi reception in the room was a little weak.

clean and value for money! edgar was very nice too, the bed was comfy and the room was decently sized for our group of 3. wifi was quite strong in the room too. the property is located very central and walking distance to the beach for the sardine run entry points. aircon and fan were very strong too
