It is very clean.

There's no complementary bottled water and coffee.

Clean, comfortable rooms and bathrooms in good location

Good for short term stay. Stayed 6 nights and we weren’t offered any additional toilet roll, soap or clean towels to those in room upon checking in. Wi-Fi signal didn’t reach room

The property is strategically located at the heart of Panagsama which is near to all establishments.

I hope facilities may improve like public CR for guests.

Everything. Specifically the air con in the luscious space abundant rooms. The toilet facilities second to none I have ever laid my eyes upon and the proximity to both the main road and the beach combining for an exquisite mix of convenience and secludedness. And most notably Edgar himself!! Edgar was an absolute dream to deal with. I ask can we do sardines and canyoneering in the same day, he organises it for us immediately and for a fair price. I ask can we then get to oslob in the same day, he responds by organising a taxi for us that was waiting for us upon our rerun. I wish nothing but well for Edgar and his family and could not recommend this property more.
