The family who hosts this accommodation is very hospitable and nice. They were attentive to all our requests. Definitely value for money.

Very nice homely feeling. Very good hosts, it is a family run home. This would be a very good Sri Lankan experience for if you are a tourist in Sri Lanka. Damayanti, the host is a excellent cook, she made very authentic delicious Sri Lankan meals. It is highly recommended to taste Sri Lankan food here.

Unfortunately the friendly dog that some other traverllers has commented is no more :( she had past away few months back.

Nice plce with a good breakfast and Perfect service. The atad and Bandú were absolutely pleasant and helpful.

Very welcome host family … and dog. I loved the dog. Big pot of tea when we arrived, was absolutely amazing. Room was recently refurbished, and freshly painted. Really comfy bed with so much sheets for the cold mountains. Breakfast is worth the price, was huge with loads of fresh seasonal fruit, the best pancakes and smooth tea (we got extra tea!) organised us tuk tuks for getting into town, and organised us a tour of waterfalls and tea plantations for a fair price, the host dad was lovely and smiley! It is in the highest village in Sri Lanka so the views are incredible! The dog was a highlight, i hope he is doing ok cuz he is an old gentle soul.

It is a fair journey away from Nuwara eliya, but they can help organise transport. A touch expensive for us budget travellers, but a fair price in Nuwara eliya, would book again if we come back. I hope the dog is still kicking!

The family is really warm hearted and I felt so comfortable the night i stayed there. I can highly recommend there to stay!

Excellent location in a very nice small village near Nuwara Eliya. Great family who made us feel home, with home cooked meals, super full breakfasts. Very comfortable bed, warm blankets!! We slept 9 hours. You can walk around in the village - also among the tea plantations. Stayed 2 nights, would stay here again!
