Highest Village Bungalow

We loved our stay here, nestled away up in the tea plantations. The host family are lovely and were incredibly helpful. Home cooked breakfast and dinner were absolutely delicious. Possible to organise a tour of a nearby tea factory. Another highlight was simply walking around/to the nearby villages and soaking in the views. Highly recommend a stop here!

One of a staff member was very very rude, once we making the booking he was asking for advance payments. be careful when you are making the bookings. not recommending for any one.

The whole family is very friendly. We visited a tea plantation and made a tour to some waterfalls. The house is a bit outside in the mountains, but they always offered a free shuttle service to the town for food or any activities. We felt us like a part of the family and were allowed to use the whole house

The furniture in the house and the bathroom are a bit old and not in the best condition. Warm water was poor.

Really friendly and welcoming family, very good food and good recommendations. Also offers tours to the tea factory or waterfalls!

Super friendly hosts. Delicious food. It is a house, so if you are ok with that it’s a real nice experience.

If you’re looking for a cheap stay, we would not recommend eating dinner there. It’s good food, homemade but the dinner cost almost the same as the night stay. We didn’t expect it when we received the bill.

This homestay was impeccable. Everything about staying here was to a very high standard. The food was delicious and substantial. It was lovely to eat with other back packers and converse. The owner kindly dropped us off at the bus station as we changed our ninds about getting a train at the last minute incaae we could not get a seat. I would have happily stayed longer but we was on a tight itinerary.

It is not a complaint but i did not know how to work the shower, so make sure you know before you get in

Great room inside a very nice family’s home. The room was clean and comfy, we appreciated the shower heater as the weather is cold, specially at night. The family was super nice and they offered tea free of charge:)
