"Perfect time in Monsanto"

Everything at Taverna Lusitana was a great experience. Excellent food at the restaurant for dinner as well as for breakfast. Rooms besides being very cosy and charming, are super comfortable.

We only stayed one night and there was nothing to complain about.

I loved the Location, the pub where you have the breakfast has a lovely terrace for drinks and see the sunset, the owner is very kind and the breakfast is delicious.

I couldn’t stay longer there!

The genuine hospitality first and foremost! The food and accommodations were simple and reflective of this little town. However, it was very cozy and has all the amenities to make your stay pleasurable. The town and accommodations have a very unique charm that make this a highlight on your journey.

"Uniquely charming and spoiling stay"

Completely unique, fun and cozy. The location is amazing. It’s so central that you really feel a part of the town. The breakfast was generous delicious. The hosts were so kind and accommodating. Immediately upon checking in I sent a video to our family to share this unique property.

It is a climb to get there, so pare down your stuff to only what you need. I would still stay again- absolutely!

Host very personable. Breakfast unbeatable, incredible view. Property reflective of the community.

Parking determined by availability, and somewhat limited. An extra fan would be nice in hot weather.
