Lovely spot. Peaceful and private. The three cabañas are well separated. The king bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Good water pressure. Roomy patio with good furniture. Lovely view of the bay in the distance.

It’s up in the hills so if you’re walking it’s a steep climb coming home. But I don’t blame the property for this. And the isolation adds to the sense of peace and nature.

Very private little house on top of the hill away from the crowds. Some people mentioned climbing the hill is a little difficult / hard work. We found that if you use the staircase instead of the road it's no problem at all as it's quicker & easier. Nice big room with kitchen and pretty terrace. The owner's cat came to see us everyday to chill. Super sweet & friendly. The cat made our day :)

The seats/canapé covers outside need to be changed or washed. The owner responds super rapidly to any questions but be aware that as there is no face to face contact some may find it a little impersonal. It didn't bother us as Colada (the cat) was always on site if needed ;)

The location was quite central to all areas, quite private, and quiet at night. We loved watching the sunrise each day over the ocean!

We would have appreciated a couple of more comfortable chairs to use inside (if the bugs were bad) or outside on the deck at the far end which had more shade - (could be folding ones). My partner would have liked some hot water in the kitchen and a better shower head in the shower.

Being up in the trees and away from the hustle and bustle of Mazunte. The terrace was a great place to relax (with the friendly cats!) and we loved cooking in the very well-equipped kitchen. It was only a short walk to Mermejito beach for excellent sunsets.

As others have mentioned it is up a very steep hill with lots of steps which was sweaty with the heat! Worth it for being surrounded by nature. Take a torch for the nights.

The bungalows are well equipped everything that you need is there. Yes it is a 5-10min walk uphill from the main street but that gives you a more quiet and peaceful stay. The value for money is superb and the owner is super responsive with all inquires. I would always stay here again.

It could need a bit of tlc here and there to make things look a bit newer / nicer.

My overall experience was great! The location in a bit of a hike upwards but that was no problem. Enjoyed the walks up the hill, got me into better physical shape lol. The cabanas were great. Quite spacious and well designed open space which included a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom and a large bathroom with lots storage for your belongings. There was a outdoor patio area with seating and a hammock with an amazing view of the nature in front. At times there was butterflies flying around, a squirrel that kept coming by to eat the fruit off the trees in front and other wildlife. I even got to see a scorpion on the balcony. I have to say it was a great time here!!! Really enjoyed it!!! Also have to add that communication with the property owner was always clear and she was very quick to reply.

Aditi bungalows. There are 3 in total on property. One of them has a sea view. For sure one of the best accommodations in Mazunte. Perfect hide- away place, сооl and shadow whole day inside without AC because of the wide grass roof, very comfortable, there is an outside area with hammock,lush- green around with butterflies and birds. Very good for rest. Well- equipped private big kitchen in bungalow , big new fridge, many hooks, shelves, easy to organize stuff. Owners are very caring and helpful, respond fast, very satisfying cleaning service and laundry. Nets on all windows, protected from insects.

The bed is narrow for two people (~120 cm). Located on the hill, 50 metres above the sea level. Climbing back home was a challengе or workout , take a heat and humidity in consideration. A choice of a bumpy dirt road or steepy stairs up towards bungalow from the main riad. 10 min walk to the center of Mazunte and a beach. Scooter is 350 pesos per day ( almost 20 euros) From time to time there is a waste- water smell in the area and cats.

- quiet location, yet in walking distance to "downtown" Mazunte - nice view and chill terrace - the apartment has everything you need for a couple of days or even some weeks - friendly staff and good communication with host

- a few cosmetic repairs might be in order, but nothing severe
