The casita was well appointed, clean and extremely comfortable. It was spacious and we enjoyed our privacy. The view of the moonrise from the patio is breathtaking. We just hit the full moon and enjoyed the moonrise along w music from the reggae concert in town on our first evening. We enjoyed our stay and spent hours relaxing in the hammock, reading, napping and walking to nearby Playa Mermejita.

Fortunately we are fit, but the walk from town is a steep climb. This may be off-putting for some, but if you have mobility issues this will be impossible. Unfortunately this is not even mentioned in the property description. Additionally there is not a sea view, it is barely a sea glimpse from the lower of the 3 casitas, beware if this is important to you. Bring ear plugs to sleep at night as you will be surrounded by barking dogs.

I loved everything about this place. it was a small walk uphill but worth the view and peacefulness of the property

it was a beautiful spot and Aditi was a wonderful Host !!We loved being able to walk everywhere and enjoy the amazing beaches Mazunte has to offer . We will be back ❣️

the road was pretty scruffy up to the Villa but it was good exercise

quiet and secluded from the noisy streets

the walk going back can be very dark at night and dusty.

the kitchenette, the coffee, the terrace

the location, almost impossible to get there, two taxis rejected taking me there and lastly we needed to walk with the Luggage through a dust, rock way like 30 min from a decent street
