Secret Spot Siargao

It’s not worth the money at all! The windows are so bad that you can hear everything! The street, the boxing gym next to the place and even just the smallest noises. The room under the roof needs renovation so bad! The bathroom smells so bad and it’s so dirty. The mattress is just on the ground and it’s not comfortable to sleep there!

A great quiet location, close enough to the main tourist strip but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. You can also walk to a calm and quiet white sand beach great for relaxing or a long walk along the beach.

Excellent hotel, the staff is very friendly, they helped us with everything, transportation, tours, etc. The facilities are perfect for a long stay, we stayed 5 nights, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. I would stay there again and I totally recommend it.

Amazing place, Aileen was a great host, we felt right at home. The location was great, it's close to town but far enough away from all the noise, you can rent a scooter here for convenience. Drinking water available all the time. Nice green surrounding area. Can definitely recommend. Thank you!

No toilet paper and only a cold shower, but that's common on the island.

Positive • Aileen, the hotel manager, was very kind and helpful, promptly responding to all our questions and requests. • The laundry service was convenient and efficient.

Negative • The attic room did not have a mosquito net, contrary to what was shown in the pictures. • The bathroom frequently flooded and was very basic in structure. • The room was full of insects and lizards. Even with the electric anti-mosquito device provided by the hotel manager, mosquitoes were present and biting throughout the night. • The room’s nice and well-designed windows were completely non-functional, making it impossible to close them properly hence basically impossible to use them.

The staff were amazing and the property is very well decorated. It really feels like home. The place had a nice garden which made the place feel hidden and was in a quiet area away from town. You need to take transport to get into town. Me and my girlfriend were very happy with the service there.
