City's Heart Guesthouse

Excellent location, nice cute room, a bathroom and small kitchenette with dishes and cutlery. Quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable, having warm blanket. Perfect for 1-2 people.

adorable staff and super well located ! stayed there for a week teleworking and appreciated having a desk and a small fridge in the room.

the disadvantage of the fridge in the room is that it’s a bit noisy (maybe it could be a common fridge placed elsewhere?). I also had a few painful days of VERY noisy Neighbors above me (but I guess that’s the issue with an old house made into several rooms). small downside too: the towels really smelled of humidity

Very good location in a quiet street in a free parking zone. There was a fridge and micro and tea/coffee water bottle in the room. The 1-person bed was very cozy and the bedsheets were amazing! I loved the family pictures and reliks and the old fashioned furniture.

AFONSO, the owner of this central family guesthouse in Ponta Delgada is really a lovely and friendly man, he did all for that I feel well and comfortable 😀 I had the complet last third floor only for myself. My room was a very bright attic cut room with a view of the city rooftops and even a little of the sea .... perfect to feeling inspired to meditate or cocoon in the evening while watching a movie on Netflix in the comfortable bed, with a perfect connection to the home wifi 😘 Thank you Afonso !

The property was in a very good location and they were very helpful giving us local information ☺️

The host was very kind and was accommodating g when my flight came in after midnight. The location was very close to the ocean and very central to grocery stores, shops and restaurants. Also, loved the balcony.

No bathroom in my suite, had to go down two sets of stairs, some of the others rooms have in suite bathrooms however, so just check.

Lovely guest house with everything I needed and more! The host and his family were very friendly and gracious. Bed was super comfy and the room as well as the shared bathroom was spotless. I really enjoyed the balcony and quiet surroundings. Only a couple rooms in the house that were not all full at the time. The location is perfect just a short stroll down to the beach with plenty of things to see and do nearby. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Fantastic place. I stayed in the single top floor room, good size and you have a private large toilet/sink across the hallway (bathroom is downstairs). Fridge and kettle in the room. Friendly helpful hosts, I was able to leave my bag after check-out. Ideal location close to harbour and the town centre.
