City's Heart Guesthouse

Staying at this guesthouse was a fantastic experience! Afonso was a wonderful host, always friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for my stay. The guesthouse is in the best location, right in the middle of town, which made it easy to explore all the local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

The guesthouse is nicely located in the heart of Ponta Delgada, a short walk away from the arches and the main bus stop. The hosts are very good people and helped me with directions to good restaurants and grocery stores. My room had a small refrigerator, a small microwave oven, a coffee maker, a ventilator, and a few other amenities. I slept very well. Above all, it gave me an affordable way to stay a few days in the Azores.

I find it hard to criticize a place that, considering the cost, is an incredibly good value. You may miss the luxury of a three-star hotel, but you will be easily paying 3 times as much or more.

The location is excellent very near to the center of Ponta Delgada with all restaurants around. very good value of money compared to others. Alfonso the owner is very helpful and you will find him available anytime you need. Room with private bathroom is very good space, also has a small kitchenet, with tea and coffee maker and microwave and fridge.

Excellent location. The owner was very helpful and let me put the bag in the room earlier. A small single room but it is well equipped. Own fridge with freezer, microwave, etc. It's not a hotel, but I enjoyed my stay.

I had a great time in City's Heart Guesthouse! My room was very nice and cozy. Very good location, five minutes walk from city center or marina. Totally recommend!

Stayed in the room with attached bath. It also had a small room about the size of the bathroom that was a small kitchen with sink, coffee/tea, microwave, mini-frig, and table.

Bathroom was dated but everything worked. Biggest issue was the lock on the front door of the building. It was a little tricky to open so suggest to practice first with the staff/owner present to help.
