Rui was nice and helpful.

We had the downstairs room and everyone walking up or down to their room walks centimeters from your door and then you hear them walking over the room. Also the exposed brick in the room and bathroom are impossible to clean and that is visible. Also the photos are very old, probably when it was all painted. It needs a good clean and paint again.
