Rusara Guest Home

Rusiru, his wife and children are the kindest people I met in all of Weligama. Whenever I needed a long term stay after my one week stay they immediately offered me a solution. Even though I didn't end up choosing their place, they helped me greatly with other things like laundry and even work. I highly recommend staying with them as they give you such a warm home away from home.

Staying at the Rusara Guest House was a pleasant experience, the host was helpful and friendly, the room/facilities were clean and comfortable. Quiet air conditioning, comfortable bed with mosquito net. I thought the Rusara represented good value for money.

Very clean and nice family run guest home with kitchen with fridge close to the beach and surf spots in Weligama. The bed was comfortable and there was always hot water. The family are very kind and helpful and I was able to extend my stay by one night spontaneously. Thank you, Chaminda!

The location, the family is amazing, super friendly, and the room was clean.

This room was noisy

The accommodation had two fans, and the lighting was adjustable to create an intimate atmosphere. The windows were equipped with screens, so no insects could enter, which was a huge relief. The kitchen was spotless, and they offered water at store prices. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view that added to the overall charm of the place. The staff was friendly and considerate, always ready to assist with everyday issues such as providing soap, replacing towels, and offering cloths for washing the bike. They ensured the gates were closed when leaving and repositioned the bike so it wouldn't obstruct anyone. The level of security was excellent, with surveillance cameras and gates and doors that were locked in the evenings.

It might have been superfluous to rearrange our helmets and shoes every time :) Nothing else

Everything was perfect. location, the room very spacious and clean. Wifi is working very well. The host and his family are amazing and very welcoming.
