Lovely Owners, very chill spot :)

Loved this stay so much wish we could stay longer. Room was perfect, air con great, shower great with warm water. Clean. Beautiful place full of trees very jungly feel to it. Gorgeous couple of dogs tutu and Jimmy. We felt really looked after like we was at home. Owned by mum and son and they are both really lovely and easy to talk to. No issue with mosquitoes either!!

The hospitality, the garden, the view

The host is an amazing, cheerful lady and works extremely hard. She really cares about her guests. The garden is lovely and the view is wonderful from the upper floor. The place is very simple and rustic. The monks live next door, and you can hear chants together with the lovely sounds of the birds in this rural location. The shower was warm, unlike some places we have stayed, soap and towels are provided. The AC is a rotary fan and not an AC unit.

It's not a problem for us. You don't get views without a hill, and it is very steep. The place may feel a little too basic for some people. Essentially, you are at their home, close to how srilankan people live a simple life.

Nice, friendly people. Great value for the money. Good breakfast. A quiet location up a steep hill. Not a problem for us but could be if you are unfit Feels like you are in the treetops. No noise from the road down below Stayed for 2 nights and could happily have stayed longer.

Villa with very nice view of the ocean. Family who run the place are very nice. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

One of the best homestays! We stayed three nights and were sad to leave. Very clean and comfortable, we loved having an outdoor bathroom. The hosts are lovely (best we’ve had on our trip!) and really make you feel welcome and at home. Food was also great!

The property is up a short but steep hill. Very close to beach and town, but do be aware of hill!
