Cabins on Tudor bed & breakfast

Äusserst originelles und liebevoll eingerichtetes B&B an perfekter Lage, um den Abel Tasman NP zu besuchen und um am Abend zu Fuss essen zu gehen. Das B&B liegt in sehr ruhiger Umgebung in einem parkähnlichen Garten und ist mit grosser Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Unsere Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und liebenswürdig und hatte immer Zeit für ein kleines Gespräch. Ihre Tipps waren sehr nützlich und hilfreich. Man fühlte sich super aufgehoben und willkommen.

Stayed in main house with own ensuite beautifully decorated . Feels like being the the country but your in the suburbs. Super comfy bed with lovely linen slept like a dream.. good place for a extended family as as lovely other cabins all with own space. Nice area for breaky and Leigh was lovely host giving tips for dining out and places to see.

Leigh is a wonderful host, and her home felt like a warm hug! It's so cosy, and there is so much to discover on the property! I felt like I was in a museum! Leigh had put so much attention to detail in the style and decoration of her property. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed if

Beautiful cottage which was tastefully decorated. Situated by a small stream it was very refreshing and relaxing.

Freundliche Gastgeberin. Das Zimmer war sauber, doch sehr klein und Dusche/WC war wirklich klein und nicht einmal mit einem Haartrockner ausgestattet (beim Nachfragen, musste ich mit anderen Gästen einen teilen). Diese Unterkunft kann man empfehlen, wenn man den grossen Garten schätzt.

Wir sind lange in Neuseeland unterwegs und dies ist die einzige Unterkunft wo uns wirklich enttäuscht hat, da Preis/Leistung überhaupt nicht gestimmt hat. Es war die teuerste Unterkunft, welche wir buchten und der Allgemein-Bereich inklusive Frühstücksbereich war nicht wirklich sauber und wurde nie gereinigt in dieser Woche. Wir waren eine Woche da und in dieser Zeit wurde das Zimmer nie gereinigt. (Das Zimmer war wirklich sauber, darüber waren wir froh.)

Leigh was fabulous, and this property is gorgeous. We felt like we were in our own little private jungle, watching birds and fish, etc. It was quiet and peaceful and lovely. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfast was great too - hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit from the property, instant coffee, etc. and we were able to access it whenever we needed to.

Our shared bathroom was just one bathroom with toilet and shower, and we had to share the first night with a couple other guests. That wasn't ideal, but we got lucky that we were the only guests booked to use that bathroom for most of our stay. We also did not have a rental car, and there are no ubers in the area. While we did take an uber from the Nelson airport, we had to hire an official taxi on the way back, which was more expensive. (There are buses, but timing, distance to walk to stops, etc. = no thanks). While there is waterfront nearby, there isn't a beach to speak of, just a walking trail (which is gorgeous!!). So, I feel like as long as you have a car, and are aware of these things ahead of time, they're not really problems. This place was mostly great!

Alles - und der knuddelige Hund George , der enorm lieb ist . Dazu ist Leigh eine hervorragende Gasteberin . Das Frühstück in diesem einzigartigen Garten auf der bedachten Terrasse lies nichts zu wünschen übrig. Kurz alles ist unvergesslich schön .

We loved this bed and breakfast with its beautiful gardens, communicative owner with her friendly cat and dog, and nicely furnished cabins within walking distance to the Sunday market. Restaurants and grocery store nearby.

I wasn't a fan of sharing the outside bathroom with another cabin as we were leaving early in the morning and I had trouble accessing the toilet and shower the evening before we left.

Leigh is very welcoming and her property is immersed in nature, comfortable and very relaxing. Very good breakfast.
