The rooms are in the center, close to all you need, but totally not noisy, so I could sleep like a baby. The staff, expecially Phaiwan (the lady that take care of the guesthouse) is very friendly and make you feel really very welcome! All was perfect!

AC was good, bed sheets clean, floor was cleaned twice as I found still filthy after 1st but woken by every entry into stairwell adjacent me, won't believe the pics ! ie cupboard above bedhead about to fall off wall ext .

Bathroom repainted over "BLACK MOULD" downstairs both doors into staircase(adjacent me) in cushioned and banging loudly at every return of guest !
