"Great location and basic rooms"

It’s a 30 second walk from tree town so it’s great for nightlife, even though it’s nice and quiet at the guesthouse. Also just couple of minutes walk from central festival shopping mall. The staff are nice and there’s a bar where you can play your choice of music. I will definitely be back

I didn't even stay there !! I had to walk a far distance to find other hotel... Not happy.. That hotel is a dive!!!!.
