Attention la partie du batiment au dessus de la réception, les chambres ne sont pas rénovées, fenêtres anciennes, bruit infernal de circulation toute la nuit. Prévoir boules quies🤞et encore Sinon rapport qualité prix imbattable!

Garden room not quit what I expexted

I liked that the property has good location, it has a restaurant and a pool. Real value for money. I also like how its really clean and comfy at the same time. Staff are very welcoming. The place has a pleasing aesthetic. I feel like im in Italy. Its very homey and exquisite at the same time. Gabby’s bistro has excellent food as well.

I was working while travelling so i needed a good internet connection. The internet speed was only around 10mbps. Although, Smart has good reception here so it wasnt really a big problem. I also didnt like that our room was somehow connected to anther room via a locked door, our neighboring guests were so loud and kept knocking the said door. It was annoying. They also keep on moving the beds which made noise. There are a lot of chatter outside our room from some linen staff.

Our stay at Florentina Homes was an absolute highlight of our honeymoon in Dumaguete. The place truly exceeded our expectations—it felt like something out of a fairytale, with its charming atmosphere and beautiful decor. The front desk and staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and they made our trip so much smoother with their helpful service. The property is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to go shopping or explore the area. We also really enjoyed the free access to the swimming pool, as well as the complimentary airport and port transfers. Another plus was being able to book tours directly through them—we arranged our trips to see the dolphins in Bais and the whale sharks, which was incredibly convenient. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you once again to the entire team at Florentina Homes for making our honeymoon so special!
