Great central location. Fabulous, very friendly host who gave us lots of tips on where to visit and the best places to eat. Private, clean accommodation with everything we needed.

Beautiful, very clean, recently renovated apartment in separate building from host's residence. Tiled courtyard and garden with historic charm offers a tranquil setting to sit and have a drink. Host was very friendly, attentive, and went out of his way to be helpful while also always respectful of our privacy. Great location for exploring the town on foot.

There was some noise from neighbouring construction work, but it didn't really impact us due to us spending much of the day out and exploring. We had some rain but that obviously wasn't the fault of the host.

This is a most beautiful stay with a peaceful and colourful courtyard. Jose was a great host, communicating regularly in advance, always willing to help and welcoming us with good conversation, wine and delicious cake and useful tips and advice. The location is great, in the old town with an easy walk to the river and bridges. The apartment itself was delightful, so comfortable while also beautifully curated with all needed for a stay, including a kitchen’s. loved it and wished we had more time to spend. Absolutely recommend for its charm, beauty, location and comfort.

José and Helena were such gracious hosts! So helpful, did whatever they could do to make our stay as comfortable as possible! Best hosts we have ever encountered at a VRBO.

Everything, from the welcome by Jose our charming host, the beautiful and tranquil courtyard garden setting, and the immaculately clean and tidy apartment. The bed was supremely comfortable, the bedding high quality, the lovely artefacts dotted around the place and a fabulous shower with again high quality soaps and shampoos. There was nothing to fault, our expectations were exceeded at every turn.

There is nothing we didn’t like. Jose went out of his way to ensure that whatever we needed was available.

José was a remarkable host. He loves the house, the town, the country, and the land. He could not have been more welcoming and gracious. Also, the location was perfect.
